Join us for 12 hours of continuing education over two days at the Sea Dog Brewing Company, 26 Front St, Bangor -- enter at the doors at the far left end of the deck.

April 7 - 

     "How Lending Works" - Instructor Bob Staab - 3 CEUs - 9:00am -12:00pm

     "Reasonable Care and Due Diligence Core Course" - Instructor Charlene Hamiwka - 3 CEUs - 1:30pm- 4:30 pm

April 8 - 

     "Fair Housing and Civil Rights for Maine Real Estate Agents” - Instructor Lexi Franchi  (Fulfills NAR requirement for Fair Housing course to be completed between 1/1/25 & 12/31/27) - 3 CEUs - 9:00am -12:00pm

      “Easement Essentials: From Identification to Client Education in Real Estate” - Instructor Tom Schoening - 3 CEUs - 1:30pm- 4:30 pm
